What?

Fitness, sports, ABA. We specialize in getting individuals moving, creating habits, muscle, and reflexes. Improving posture, focus, attentiveness, confidence and performance.

Why?

Quality of life and health goals.

With diabetes, and obesity rates rising in all age groups, establishing daily behavior patterns will improve physical and mental well being, as well as other symptoms.

All human behavior is affected by physical well being, yet human behavior also sets different barriers to getting appropriate physical activity, sleep, and healthy eating habits.

We use Applied Behavior Analysis to decrease these barriers, and increase behaviors that will lead to better health outcomes.

How?

Reinforcement, physical activity, and parent involvement. We focus on physical fitness, parent training and involvement, for a child’s success, depends more on their parents, than any other aspect of their lives.

Who?

Behavior athletics is owned, and operated by BACB certificate holders, and we adhere to BACB ethical guidelines. However, we are rather different than your average ABA facility.

The best way to predict the future, is to create it.

How movement Starts

Goal Setting: We believe in setting clear, attainable goals that give direction to the training process and motivate clients to push their limits.

Reinforcers: Improving health and wellbeing is not always fun for children, that’s where reinforcement comes in. We identify and implement strong reinforcers to motivate and encourage continuous improvement.

Barrier Minimization: Challenges are a part of every journey. Our approach focuses on identifying these barriers and working on strategies to overcome them, ensuring adherence to the training plan, and health goals.
