Applied Behavior Analysis

What is Applied Behavior Analysis?

As per the CDC, behavioral approach therapy is the first line of treatment for individuals with ASD and ADHD diagnosis. ABA is a scientific and evidence-based behavior therapy. ABA involves techniques for understanding and changing behavior within different settings – at home, at school and in the community. Parent training is an important part of any ABA program to ensure generalization, reduce parent’s stress levels and improve the individual's functioning in the natural environment.
